Vendredi 10 janvier 2013 : CE extraordinaire prévu mardi 14 janvier

Le CE a provoqué un CE extraordinaire mardi prochain, le 14 janvier 2014, avec le Président d'Avon France. Ils veulent un point sur la situation financière d'Avon en France et aussi des explications concernant le routage des emails du service à la clientèle vers la société de consulting FTI ( cf. article d'hier ).
Le Président a accepté la date, le CE extraordinaire aura lieu mardi prochain. De plus, les négociations entre avocats de chaque partie a repris.

Concernant le routage des emails du service à la clientèle vers la société FTI, les assistantes clientèle ont eu la surprise aujourd'hui de découvrir que les emails n'étaient plus en état de "transfert", il semblerait donc que les emails ne soient plus transféré vers une société externe.

The Works Council demanded an extraordinary meeting with the Country Manager next Tuesday, the 14th of January 2014. They ask for an update regarding the financial situation of Avon France and explanations regarding the routing of the customers emails to the consulting firm FTI (cf. yesterday's article ) 
The Country Manager accepted the date, the extraordinary meeting will be next Tuesday. Moreover, negotiations between the lawyers started again. 

Regarding the routing of the customers emails to the firm FTI, the customers agents were surprised to notice today that the emails haven't anymore the status "Forwarded", it seems that the customers emails are not forwarded to an external firm anymore.
